PETRO Aviation Fuel IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) Range – 1300L and 2000L

The PETRO Industrial range of Aviation Intermediate Bulk Containers are specifically designed for the transportation, storage and decanting of aviation fuel including Avgas and Jet A1 fuels and dangerous goods including chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, petrol, diesel amongst others.

The IBC’s feature a PV Assembly (pressure / vacuum) which helps prevent damage to the container during pump-off and filling.

FEATURES:

• 5.08 cm (2”)  outlet valve with 2.54 cm (1”) sample valve that encompasses a 2.54 cm (1”) valve on the bottom adjacent to the 5.08 cm (2”) discharge valve.  This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the container.  The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom.
• Center drain design.
• Fork lift channels.
• 16.6 cm (6 1/2”(H))  radius corner legs with caps.
• 2-way Fork Lift Channels / Stackable.
• UN markings.
• .135”/3.4 mm (10 gauge), 304 S/S with 2B finish.
• Patented one-piece 3.81 cm (1-1/2”) sloped bottom.
• 5.08 cm (2”)  Discharge valve with internal extension pipe for discharging 100% jet fuel.
• 2.54 cm (1”)  drain valve.
• Heavy-duty lifting lugs and leg positioners.
• 56.6 cm (22-5/16”)  Top opening/manway with fill port, EPDM gasket, Zinc-plated bolted clamp ring, formed neck.
• 7.62 cm (3”)  metal or poly combination filling cap and fusible vent.
• 5.08 cm (2”)  Top pressure vacuum vent 5 PSI pressure, .5 PSI vacuum.
