5,000L Safe Fill PS5 STORE – Self Bunded Tank with PIUSI ST Pump Kit
With high flow 80lpm PIUSI ST Pumpkit – comes with pre-pump y strainer, 230V PIUSI E120 pump, K33 mechanical meter, 4m hose and A120 auto shut-off Nozzle.
Fully installed and wet tested, plug and play on-site. Pump supplied with standard 3m power lead and 3 PIN Australian.
**Options for 12VDC or 24VDC pumpkits / Hose Reel / High Mast / Fluids Management System.

- PUMP BAY – Lockable full height pump bay housing for secure storage of dispensing equipment
- COMPLIANCE – Designed and built in accordance with AS1940, AS1692 and AS1657
- BUND – Galvanised grated bunded area with drain
- FILL POINT – DN50 (2″) Flanged 150# Fill Point with Full Bore Ball Valve / Non Return Valve / Male Camlock Fitting / Dust Cap / Mechanical Overfill Protection Valve and 12V Overfill Alarm
- SUCTION POINT – DN50 (2″) Flanged 150# Suction Point with Anti Syphon / Foot Valve Assembly.
- SPARE SUCTION – Spare DN25 (1″) Suction Outlet
- SPARE FITTINGS – Numerous spare fittings on top of the tank for retrofitting of instrumentation or other devices
- MANWAY – 600mm dia manway with internal ladder
- DIPSTICK – Calibrated anodised aluminium dipstick with brass lockable dip stick cover fitting
- INTERSTITIAL DIP – Anodised aluninium interstitial dipstick with brass lockable dipstick cover fitting
- INTERSTITIAL VENT – Interstitial emergency vent
- VENT – Primary tank free air vent
- DECALS – Statutory safety decals
- FORKLIFT TYNES – forklift tynes have been incorporated in the front / rear of the tank to facilitate offloading and positioning on site
- LIFTING LUGS – certified crane lifting lugs have been incorporated to facilitate crane offloading and positioning on site. The lifting lugs are NOT certified to lift the tank with fuel.
- HOSE OUTLET – letterbox style secure weatherproof hose inlet / outlet assembly
- PAINT – Paint Colour RAL9003 Signal White / Tanks are sandblasted to SA2 Standard. Hempel Marine Paint 3 Stage process. Primer Hempadur 1530. 2nd Coat Hempadur Hi-Build 4520. Final Coat Hempathane Enamel 55100 Finished dry film thickness no less than 180 um.
