LM150 Digital Manifold Pressure Tester
AUTOOL LM150 is a new generation of multi-functional intelligent auto digital refrigerant manifold gauge introduced to the market. This product can be used as an auxiliary measuring instrument for the installation, testing and maintenance of auto air conditioner and other refrigeration equipment. It is characterized by dual pressure test, dual temperature test (test clips required), leak detection, digital display, multi-unit conversion, multi-mode function and refrigerant parameter database. Adopting the new ball valve structure, it has the advantages of sturdiness, rapid opening and closing, easy operation, safety and reliability, accurate and stable control, etc. It is committed to solving the diagnostic and maintenance problems of air-conditioning and other refrigeration systems for users.
Evaporating Pressure and Temperature Measurement
Measure the maximum pressure when the refrigerant changes from liquid to gas, and the minimum temperature when the liquid changes to gas (the lower the evaporating pressure, the lower the evaporating temperature, the higher the refrigeration cycle efficiency, and the greater the refrigeration capacity).
Condensing Pressure and Temperature Measurement
Measure the minimum pressure when the refrigerant changes from gas to liquid, and the maximum temperature when the gas changes to liquid (the lower the condensing pressure, the lower the condensing temperature, the higher the refrigeration cycle efficiency, and the greater the refrigeration capacity).
High Pressure, Low Pressure and Temperature Measurement
Measure the pressure and temperature of refrigerants in high and low pressure pipes in air conditioner systems (requires connection of test clamps)
Pressure Maintaining and Leakage Test
The pressure difference between the initial test pressure and the secondary test pressure is calculated to determine whether the refrigerant is leaking.
Multiple Test Modes
AUTOOL LM150 Refrigerant Manifold Gauge can measure dual pressure (high and low pressure), and dual temperature measurement (high and low pressure pipeline temperature, need to connect test clamps), measure the percentage of vacuum degree; it has the functions of pressure leakage measurement, leakage time and speed recording, pressure multi- unit conversion, temperature Celsius / Fahrenheit Conversion, etc., to meet the different needs of users.
Refrigerant Type Setting and Visual Window
AUTOOL LM150 Refrigerant Manifold Gauge can be set according to the type of refrigerant that needs to be filled in the auto, and the filling state of refrigerant can be observed through the visual window.
