They are made from Quality 4130 Chrome Moly Steel and are Heat Treated for use with Guide Plates. They are a great complementing part for high springs pressures and higher RPM associated with aftermarket Camshafts

Basically if you have a 1997+ V8 LS engine like 4.8L, 5.0L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 6.2L, 7.0L it is correct.
