ICON Series Port Matching Service – 6.0/6.4 Powerstroke

Description:

This service modifies an Odawg intake manifold supplied by the customer to maximize the performance benefits when used with our ICON series cylinder heads.  This process CNC port matches the intake, (final hand blending to ensure optimal performance).  This service includes a pair of KDD’s exclusive ICON series intake manifold gaskets.   This service is proven to gain over 50 cfm when combined with KDD’s ICON series cylinder heads over a non-port-matched intake, for total flow capacities over 250 cfm (36% gain over factory heads and intake).

Please note, we are currently only port matching NEW Odawg Intake Manifolds.
