The Billet Thermostat Cover securely attaches to the OEM plastic housing by utilizing the original shoulder bolts, OEM thermostat, and OEM gasket. This compatibility extends to the K20A, K20A2, K20Z1, and any other K variants sharing the same housing. It was best retain the original thermostat within the cover was deliberate, as I believe it plays a pivotal role in addressing cooling system issues that led to the abandonment of the original cover.
You’ll notice the absence of sensor ports on this cover, as they are not intended for this location. Likewise, a swivel feature has been omitted since it doesn’t universally benefit all users.
