• Includes (4) 1/2″ chrome grade-8 steel bolts (2 coarse thread, 2 fine thread)
• Converts springer riser spread (4.75″) to standard Harley (3.5″) so no need to change your risers/bars
• Each side has countersunk holes for flush mounting
• Made from CNC Machines Billet High Strength Steel with Silver Coating Finish
