Kill Devil Diesel is proud to present our 100% new 5.9 24v cylinder head.  Heavy duty castings with tons of structural updates such and improved HD valve seats to eliminate the problems.  KDD performs all final machine work on state of the art equipment, assembled by hand, here in our North Carolina facility.  

This listing is for a completely assembled cylinder head with valves, springs, retainers, seals and locks, ready to install on the engine.

Head gasket style: KDD’s cummins heads now come standard with o-rings for more value, and unmatched head gasket reliability, works with any off the shelf factory style head gasket.   KDD’s o-ringed heads have proven to offer unmatched reliability on stock vehicles, heavy work trucks, and up to 1,000hp performance builds. 

(Fire rings available upon request, fire rings require special gaskets, and multiple hot re-torque’s, recommended for 1,000+hp applications – ask about our CNC ported head options). 

Valves: KDD now includes our stainless steel valves standard, the valves come from an OE valve supplier, the valves are nitrided for superior strength and durability. 

Springs: KDD now includes our HD/Performance 100lb valve springs standard, perfect for upgraded turbos, heavy towing.
