The SON-28756-16K is the Sonnax aftermarket Powerglide 10 clutch capable high gear drum kit that contains the following pieces:
Sonnax 28756-08 – Sonnax aftermarket Powerglide 10 clutch capable high gear drum with needle bearing thrust washer. This drum can accept both 12 tooth and 24 tooth high gear steels.
Sonnax 28765-05 – Sonnax aftermarket forged aluminum Powerglide high gear piston machined for 10 clutch setup (this piston when used in the Sonnax aftermarket drum can support 10 – 0.060” clutch disks and 10 – 0.060” steels).
Sonnax 28304-2 – Sonnax aftermarket Powerglide tall / solid high gear clutch hub (this clutch hub can support up to a 10-disk high gear setup)

This is our go to drum kit when we are building a glide that needs to be capable of supporting 1300 horsepower or more. The drum is capable of handling up to a 10-disk clutch setup but can be assembled with less friction disks for lower high-power applications by changing the clutch pack stack.
